Gilliland Places 16th in State Meet
Congratulations to junior Porter Gilliland, who competed in the State Championship Meet for cross country on Nov. 1 and finished 16th overall, good enough to be named All-State! Porter qualified for the state meet by finishing in fourth place out of a field of 344 at Regionals. This was on the heels of his second-place finish at Districts. This was Porter's second straight year qualifying for the championship meet. Way to go, Porter!
