App Creators (rising 9th graders) 06/28/2021 to 07/02/2021

Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri 9:00 am-12:00pm2018$0.00  Students will learn how to code, program robots, and design and build robotic environments. This session will expose students to computer science by computationally analyzing and developing solutions to authentic problems through mobile app development, and will convey the positive impact of the application of computer science to other disciplines and to society.

Automation & Robotics (rising 7-9th grade) 06/14/2021 to 06/18/2021

Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri 9:00 am-12:00pm2013$0.00  Students use the VEX Robotics® platform to design, build, and program real-world objects such as traffic lights, toll booths, and robotic arms. They will learn how things work and have the opportunity to build, take apart, improve, and put back together mechanisms.


Green Architecture (rising 8th & 9th)0 6/21/2021 to 06/25/2021
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri 9:00 am-12:00pm2016$0.00  Today’s students have grown up in an age of “green” choices. In this session, students will learn how to apply this concept to the fields of architecture and construction by exploring dimensioning, measuring, and architectural sustainability as they design housing units using 3D architectural design software.
