Guidelines

One

No more than 10 people gather inside or outside. Observe 6 ft social distance inside and out when leaving the house for essential business.

Two

No more than 10 people gather inside. No more than 50 people gather outside. Observe 6 ft social distance inside and out.

Three

No more than 50 people gather inside or outside. Observe 6 ft social distance inside and out.

Four (added)

Full contact allowed with scrimmages and games. Observe 6 ft social distance inside and out and disinfecting protocols. After the vaccine or herd immunity is established.

Parents and students check temperature before attending workouts. If the temperature is 99.1 or higher with a forehead scanner or 100.4 or higher with a mouth thermometer please stay home.

Skills training only with no contact. No-touch rule is in effect. All individuals must avoid physical contact with others including high fives, huddles, or other close contact occurring before, during, and after skills sessions unless the contact is for the purpose of safety. Low-Sports that can be done with social distancing or individually with no sharing of equipment or the ability to clean the equipment between use by competitors.

Individual running events, throwing events (javelin, shot put, discus), individual swimming, golf, weightlifting, alpine skiing, sideline cheer, single sculling, cross country running (with staggered starts)

Moderate-Sports that involve close, sustained contact, but with protective equipment in place that may reduce the likelihood of respiratory particle transmission between participants OR intermittent close contact OR group sports OR sports that use equipment that can’t be cleaned between participants.
