6TH GRADERS FLEX THEIR MATH MUSCLES IN CONTEST

Congratulations to the Harding sixth graders who participated in the 29th annual Problem Solving Tournament hosted by the Greater Cleveland Council of Teachers of Mathematics. The event, held at Emerson Elementary School on May 8, showcased the interest, perseverance, and talent in mathematics and problem solving of nearly 100 students in grades five and six from the Greater Cleveland area.
Nick Bilski, Zoe Bliesner, Thomas Grauel, Ben Bulchik, Jon Pizzo, Veronica Gordon, Zeke Dalisky, and Lubna Quadri each received trophies; Morgan Fox, Tess Moran, Alfredo Mercedes, and Evan Levis each received Champion ribbons; and Claire Black, Jimmy Toner, Michael Sanchez, and Amanda Cabot each received Special Award ribbons.
