On Thursday, May 29, staff members from Harding Middle School challenged the Best Buy Geek Squad of North Olmsted to a friendly game of volleyball to support Harding’s attendance incentive program.  The attendance incentive program strives to raise student awareness of the connection between good attendance and academic success.

While the Harding Staff team didn’t win the basketball game in January, it came out serving aces in the volleyball game.  The Best Buy team couldn’t keep up with Mrs. Franks and Mrs. DiFilippo and their laser serves.  Mr. Cammock cheered the loudest on the staff bench as all the staff members played their best to support perfect attendance.

The real winners, however, were 6th grader Anthony Kocinski and 8th grader Kyle Whiteman.  Anthony won a Kindle Fire HD tablet for his perfect attendance during the 4th quarter and Kyle won a pair of Beats headphones for only missing one day during the 4th quarter.

Thank you Best Buy of North Olmsted for supporting perfect attendance at Harding Middle School!  We’re excited to have you back next year.
