Meet the President

If you have ever thought about getting involved in the PTA and felt too shy to just show up to a meeting, maybe you’d feel better if you knew our fearless leader.

Let me introduce Rachel Vuyancih!  Rachel has been at Grant Elementary for 9 years now and has been active with the PTA for most of that time.  This is her second year as PTA president and I know she wants to go out with a bang and make this year the best year ever!

If you have seen her around school you already know she is sweet and approachable.  I promise she will make you feel welcome at all of the meetings.  Rachel knows everyone’s lives are different and some of us can only donate a small amount of time so you will not be pressured to take on anything.

So please join us at a meeting send an email to if you'd like to get involved and help make this year the greatest Grant has had!

- Colleen
